Being a female glamour photographer is so empowering. I love working with other women to make them feel–and look!–their best. Seeing another woman light up and discover her own inner and outer beauty is very gratifying for me.
A couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to work with Juliana, a real Latina stunner from Costa Rica. As soon as Juliana walked into the studio, I knew she’d be fun to work with. Her eyes were–in my opinion–her most powerful asset. As I was finishing up the final edits from her shoot today, I came across this image. Originally shot in color, I thought it was pretty. On a whim I decided to convert it to black and white–BAM! That was the look I was hoping for. Look at those eyes! I mean wow!
It just goes to remind me. Some images beg to be colorless. Once converted, that old Hollywood glamour comes through!
